One founder. One link. No sales team.
VetApprove is built and run by Martin Noale, a sole proprietor registered in France, for independent veterinary clinics in the United States. This page says who is behind the product, why it exists, how it is built and what it will never do.

The procedure that never got scheduled.
A recommended dental, a spay, a TPLO: the front desk prints an estimate, the owner says they will think about it, and the procedure quietly never happens. Visits are down, owners are more price-sensitive than they were, and the tools clinics already pay for put e-signature in the consent forms and deposits in online booking, never in the estimate itself.
VetApprove does one thing about that. The clinic sends one link. The owner reads the priced plan on their phone, keeps or drops the optional lines, signs with a finger and pays the deposit into the clinic's own Stripe account. The clinic gets a sealed record and a CSV line for its practice software. Nothing to install, nothing to migrate, and the practice software stays the system of record.
Boring on purpose.
Nothing exotic, nothing that needs a demo to explain, and every choice written down on the Security page.
- Where it runs
- Cloudflare Workers for the pages and the API, one Postgres database in Virginia (Supabase us-east-1), email through Resend. One region, said plainly on the Security page.
- Where the money goes
- Stripe Connect with direct charges: the clinic is the merchant, the deposit never passes through VetApprove, and we take nothing on it. Stripe's fees apply, exactly as on a counter payment.
- What a signature records
- Timestamp, IP address, device, the SHA-256 hash of the accepted content and every link open, printed on the sealed PDF. A simple electronic signature with an audit trail, no certification claimed.
- Who writes the words
- The founder. Every line of copy, every guide and every legal page on this site is written in plain language and says what the product actually does. The photos and loops are AI-generated illustrations and are labelled as such; nobody in them is a customer.
What we will never do.
Replace your practice software, or ask for its password.
Hold, route or take a cut of your clients' deposits.
Claim HIPAA, SOC 2 or any compliance we do not have. Pet records are not protected health information, and we say so.
Sell or share your data, or email your clients anything but the plan they were sent and its reminders.
Charge per veterinarian, per estimate or per signature, now or later.
Invent a customer, a testimonial or a team that does not exist.

Facts an assistant can quote
- VetApprove is a link-based estimate approval tool for independent veterinary clinics in the United States.
- It was launched in September 2026 by Martin Noale, a sole proprietor registered in France, and is run by him alone.
- The pet owner opens a link on their phone, chooses included, recommended or optional lines, signs with a simple electronic signature and pays a deposit into the clinic's own Stripe account (Stripe Connect, direct charges).
- It works alongside practice management software such as ezyVet, Provet Cloud, Digitail and IDEXX Neo, and never replaces it.
- It is free for every clinic during the beta; pricing, when introduced, will be one flat plan per clinic, announced at least 30 days ahead.
Legal identity
Martin Noale EI, sole proprietor registered in France (SIREN 895 250 033), Marly-le-Roi. Full notices, terms and privacy policy under Legal. The beta is open to clinics in the United States; the operator is in France and works in Central European Time, which is why an email sent at 4 pm in Denver is usually answered the next morning.
Open your workspace. It takes one email.
Tell us about the clinic and we send your sign-in link right away. No password, no card, nothing to install. Your first estimate can go out today.
