Works alongside ezyVet

Keep ezyVet. Add the link that gets the plan approved and paid.

VetApprove is not another practice management system and never asks for your ezyVet password. It handles one step: the link that turns a recommended procedure into a signed plan with a deposit already in your bank.

Stays where it is

ezyVet

  • Medical records, SOAPs, labs and the IDEXX diagnostics link.
  • Your price list, inventory and invoicing. The estimate is still costed in ezyVet.
  • Scheduling, reminders and every workflow your team already knows.

What VetApprove adds

The link that gets the yes

  • A priced plan the owner reads on their phone: included, recommended, optional. The total updates as they tick.
  • A finger signature and a deposit paid in the same page, in about twenty seconds.
  • Email reminders on day 1 and day 3, a balance reminder the day before, then expiry on the date you set.
  • A sealed record: timestamp, IP, device, the hash of the accepted content, proof the link was opened. The PDF is rendered from it.

How they meet

Copy in, paste back

When the plan is signed, you get an email with a sealed PDF and one CSV line. Paste the CSV line into the ezyVet estimate or invoice, attach the sealed PDF to the visit. About thirty seconds, no API key, no integration for anyone to approve.

Honest note

What ezyVet already offers

IDEXX, Cloud practice management software for small-animal and specialty clinics, owned by IDEXX.

ezyVet is a full cloud practice software (PIMS): it prices estimates, holds the record, and ships a client app called ezyVet Connect. The published price is $260.50 per month on a six-month term, with implementation quoted separately. Its documentation is clear on estimates: an estimate can be sent by email or text message for the client to sign electronically, with a deposit amount set on the estimate itself. What is not documented is that deposit being paid inside the same link, so we leave it as not verified. What VetApprove adds is the page the owner reads: every option explained and priced, the deposit paid on that same page, a sealed record at the end, and none of it depending on which practice software you run.

We would rather you keep your money than buy a duplicate. If the flow above already exists in your setup, say so and we will write it here.

Price: $99 per clinic per month, the founder rate for the first ten early-access clinics, kept for as long as the subscription stays active; $149 a month, or $1,490 a year, for clinics joining after early access. No setup fee, no contract. We take nothing on the deposit, Stripe's fees apply. Deposits are collected by your clinic through its own Stripe account (Stripe Connect); VetApprove is not a payment processor. Signatures are simple electronic signatures with an audit trail. No compliance or certification claim. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners. VetApprove is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

How a clinic actually runs this

  1. 01

    Cost the plan in ezyVet

Nothing changes: the exam, the record and the pricing stay in ezyVet, exactly as your team does it today.

  2. 02

Build the estimate in two minutes

Start from a starter template you can edit (dental, spay, TPLO, imaging, emergency deposit), adjust the lines, mark each one included, recommended or optional, set the deposit and an expiry date.

  3. 03

    Send one link

By email. The owner opens it on their phone (no account, no app), picks options, signs and pays the deposit into your clinic's Stripe account.

  4. 04

    File it back into ezyVet

The signed record lands in your workspace: download the sealed PDF and the one-line CSV. Paste the line into the ezyVet estimate, attach the PDF to the visit. About thirty seconds.

FAQ

Questions clinics ask.

Do I have to leave ezyVet to use VetApprove?

No. VetApprove never touches your records. You build the plan in ezyVet as you do today, copy the lines into a VetApprove estimate (or start from one of our templates), and send the link. ezyVet stays your source of truth.

Is there an ezyVet integration?

Not today, and we are honest about it: the link between the two is a copy-paste in each direction. The signed plan comes back as a sealed PDF plus a one-line CSV you paste into ezyVet. If a native integration ever makes sense, it will be because clinics asked for it, not because it looks good on a page.

Where does the ezyVet deposit go?

Straight to your clinic's own Stripe account. VetApprove uses Stripe Connect with direct charges: your clinic is the merchant and the money never sits with us. We take nothing on the deposit, Stripe's fees apply, and that is the whole story on fees.
