Keep Vetspire. Add the link that gets the plan approved and paid.
VetApprove is not another practice management system and never asks for your Vetspire password. It handles one step: the link that turns a recommended procedure into a signed plan with a deposit already in your bank.
- $99
- per clinic per month, whatever the number of veterinarians
- Direct
- deposits land in your own Stripe. We take nothing on the deposit, Stripe's fees apply
- ≈ 30 s
- to file a signed plan back into your software
Stays where it is
Vetspire
- The medical record, protocols and everything you automate today.
- Invoicing and reporting.
- Scheduling and client messaging.
What VetApprove adds
The link that gets the yes
- A priced plan the owner reads on their phone: included, recommended, optional. The total updates as they tick.
- A finger signature and a deposit paid in the same page, in about twenty seconds.
- Email reminders on day 1 and day 3, a balance reminder the day before, then expiry on the date you set.
- A sealed record: timestamp, IP, device, the hash of the accepted content, proof the link was opened. The PDF is rendered from it.
How they meet
Copy in, paste back
When the plan is signed, you get an email with a sealed PDF and one CSV line. Paste the CSV line into the Vetspire estimate or invoice, attach the sealed PDF to the visit. About thirty seconds, no API key, no integration for anyone to approve.
What Vetspire already offers
Vetspire, Cloud practice management software with a strong focus on the medical record and automation.
Vetspire builds detailed estimates and, from its own page and a third-party guide, clients can approve them digitally; the terms are not detailed and the price is a fixed fee per full-time veterinarian, quoted rather than published. What is not documented is a deposit paid inside that same approval, and that is where VetApprove sits: the owner picks the optional lines, signs and pays the deposit on one page, into your clinic's own Stripe account.
We would rather you keep your money than buy a duplicate. If the flow above already exists in your setup, say so and we will write it here.
Price: $99 per clinic per month, the founder rate for the first ten early-access clinics, kept for as long as the subscription stays active; $149 a month, or $1,490 a year, for clinics joining after early access. No setup fee, no contract. We take nothing on the deposit, Stripe's fees apply. Deposits are collected by your clinic through its own Stripe account (Stripe Connect); VetApprove is not a payment processor. Signatures are simple electronic signatures with an audit trail. No compliance or certification claim. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners. VetApprove is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
How a clinic actually runs this
- 01
Cost the plan in Vetspire
Nothing changes: the exam, the record and the pricing stay in Vetspire, exactly as your team does it today.
- 02
Build the estimate in two minutes
Start from a starter template you can edit (dental, spay, TPLO, imaging, emergency deposit), adjust the lines, mark each one included, recommended or optional, set the deposit and an expiry date.
- 03
Send one link
By email. The owner opens it on their phone (no account, no app), picks options, signs and pays the deposit into your clinic's Stripe account.
- 04
File it back into Vetspire
The signed record lands in your workspace: download the sealed PDF and the one-line CSV. Paste the line into the Vetspire estimate, attach the PDF to the visit. About thirty seconds.
Questions clinics ask.
We automate a lot already. Where does this fit?
At the one point automation rarely reaches: the owner's decision. VetApprove sends the priced plan, gets the yes, the signature and the deposit, then chases on day 1 and day 3 without anyone at the front desk having to remember.
Is there an API?
Not yet, and we will not claim one. Today the exchange is a CSV line and a sealed PDF, which is enough to file a signed plan in about thirty seconds.
What proof do we get that the client agreed?
A sealed record with a timestamp, the IP address, the device, the hash of the accepted content and the record of when the link was opened, and a PDF rendered from it. It is a simple electronic signature with an audit trail. We make no compliance or certification claims.
Other practice software
Ten clinics. Then we close the door for a while.
We are onboarding the first cohort by hand, one clinic at a time, to get the templates right for your species and procedures. Tell us where you are and we'll send the payment link and a 15-minute slot.
