For independent veterinary clinics

The estimate your client approves, signs and pays before the procedure.

Send one link. The pet owner reads the plan on their phone, picks the options, signs with a finger and pays the deposit straight into your clinic's Stripe account. Works alongside ezyVet, Provet Cloud, Digitail, IDEXX Neo or paper. Never instead of them.

Live demo: what the pet owner sees. Tap a dot to jump to a step.

  • No practice software migration, no setup fee, no contract.
  • The deposit lands in your Stripe, not ours.
  • Your client installs nothing.

Adds to your practice software, no integration needed

Two minutes for you. Twenty seconds for them.

You keep your practice software. VetApprove adds the one step it never did well: getting the plan accepted and paid before the appointment.

  1. 01Clinic≈ 2 min

    Build the estimate

Pick a starter template you can edit (dental, spay, TPLO, imaging), adjust the lines, mark each one included, recommended or optional. Set the deposit and an expiry date.

  2. 02Clientno install

    Open the link

The pet owner gets an email with the link. No account, no app. They see the plan on their phone with prices that add up in real time as they choose options.

  3. 03Client≈ 20 s

    Approve, sign, pay

One finger signature, one deposit payment. The money goes to your Stripe account. They get a receipt and the appointment details.

  4. 04VetApproveautomatic

    Chase and record

Unsigned? Email reminders on day 1 and day 3. Signed? The sealed record lands in your workspace, your inbox gets the notice, and the PDF carries the timestamp, IP and content hash. Export to your practice software in 30 seconds.

The part your practice software never did

Three tiers. The owner keeps what they want, and the total follows.

A flat list of prices gets a "we'll think about it". Sorting the same lines into what is part of the procedure, what the vet advises and what is optional gives the owner permission to trim without shame, and protects the recommendation.

  1. Included$678

Part of the procedure, cannot be removed.

    • Pre-anesthetic bloodwork
    • Anesthesia & monitoring
    • Scaling & polishing
  2. Recommended$335

Your vet advises these. Uncheck any you would rather skip.

    • Full-mouth radiographs
    • Extractions (est. 2, 4 at most)
  3. Optional$42

Add them only if you want them.

    • Pain medication to go home

Each recommended line carries one sentence from the vet: what it finds, or what happens without it. That sentence is what turns a price into a decision.

A sealed PDF and one CSV line

The moment the owner signs, the clinic gets the signed plan with its proof, plus a line to paste into the practice software. Thirty seconds, no integration.

The procedure you recommended is only revenue once it's accepted and booked.

Visits are down two years in a row and owners are more price-sensitive than ever. The clinics that win present a clear plan, get a yes on the spot, and hold the slot with a deposit.

Your practice software has pieces of this. Nobody sells the whole flow in one link.

We checked the public pages of ezyVet, Provet Cloud, Digitail and IDEXX Neo: e-signature sits with consent forms, deposits sit with online booking, and the client app is an afterthought. VetApprove is only the flow, priced per clinic.

In the United States, Vetstoria is sold as PetDesk Direct Booking, from about $200 a month according to aggregators, which we could not verify on the vendor site. How many recommended procedures never made it onto the schedule last month?

Move the sliders. This is your clinic, not an average. A few more accepted plans a month pays for the tool many times over.

Assumptions, not a promise: acceptance and no-show gains are yours to set. Deposit amounts are collected by your clinic through Stripe.

Pricing

One plan. Per clinic, not per vet.

One seat of Provet Cloud is $99, on top of a $249-299 platform fee, and online booking alone starts around $200 a month in the United States. VetApprove is $99 for the whole clinic, and it is the piece that collects money.

Questions clinics ask.

Something missing? Email us, a founder answers within one business day.

hello@vetapprove.com
Does it replace my practice management software?

No. VetApprove only handles the estimate link, the signature, the deposit and the reminders. You keep ezyVet, Provet Cloud, Digitail, IDEXX Neo, AVImark or paper. When a plan is signed, the sealed record lands in your workspace: download the PDF and export the CSV line to paste into your practice software in about 30 seconds.

Where does the deposit go?

To your clinic's own Stripe account. VetApprove uses Stripe Connect with direct charges: your clinic is the merchant, the money never transits through us. We take nothing on the deposit, Stripe's fees apply, exactly as they do on your counter payments today.

Does my client need an app or an account?

No. They get an email with a link. The page opens in their phone's browser, they choose options, sign with a finger and pay. That's it. The link goes by email; we do not send text messages.

Is the signature legally valid?

It is a simple electronic signature with an audit trail: timestamp, IP address, device, the hash of the accepted content and proof of opening. Simple electronic signatures are recognised under the US ESIGN Act. We claim no certification and we are not a law firm; ask your counsel if you need a higher assurance level.

What happens if the client doesn't sign?

Email reminders go out automatically on day 1 and day 3, and a balance reminder the day before the procedure. Then the estimate expires on the date you set. Your dashboard shows every unsigned plan so the front desk can call.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour. Connect Stripe, enter your clinic details, pick your default deposit, send your first estimate from a starter template you can edit.

Is this HIPAA territory?

No. Pet records are not protected health information under HIPAA, and we make no compliance claim of any kind. Data travels over TLS, every record is scoped to the clinic that owns it, and we delete on request.

What does early access mean?

It is invite-only and capped at 10 clinics. You request access from the home page, we reply by email, and the founder rate of $99 a month is yours for as long as your subscription stays active. The list price for clinics joining after early access is $149 a month, or $1,490 a year. You prepay the first month; we deliver your account within 30 days or refund you. Cancel by email at any time, effective the same day.

Early access

Ten clinics. Then we close the door for a while.

We are onboarding the first cohort by hand, one clinic at a time, to get the templates right for your species and procedures. Tell us where you are and we'll send the payment link and a 15-minute slot.

No newsletter, no resale. We answer within one business day.
