We do not replace your practice software. We add the step that gets paid.
VetApprove has no medical record, no inventory and no appointment book. It sends one link: the pet owner approves the priced plan on their phone, signs it and pays the deposit into your clinic's own Stripe account. Then the signed plan goes back into the software you already use.

Each page says what stays in your system, what VetApprove adds, and how a signed plan gets back in. Not listed? It changes nothing. The handoff is a CSV line and a PDF.

Something else?
Paper, a spreadsheet, something in-house: VetApprove connects to none of them, which is why it works with all of them. Tell us which.

Before you read a vendor page
Is there an integration to install?
No. VetApprove asks for no credentials and reads nothing from your practice software. You copy the estimate lines in, and the signed plan comes back as a sealed PDF plus a one-line CSV you paste back. About thirty seconds per plan.
My software is not on the list. Does it work?
Yes. Because there is no integration, VetApprove works next to any system, including paper. Tell us which one you use and we will write the page.
How do you decide what to write about a vendor?
Only from their public pages, with the date we checked. Where we have not verified a vendor's estimate, signature and deposit features, we say so on the page instead of guessing. If we get something wrong, write to us and we will fix it.
Where does the deposit go?
To your clinic's own Stripe account, through Stripe Connect with direct charges. Your clinic is the merchant and the money never sits with us: we take nothing on the deposit, Stripe's fees apply.
Ten clinics. Then we close the door for a while.
We are onboarding the first cohort by hand, one clinic at a time, to get the templates right for your species and procedures. Tell us where you are and we'll send the payment link and a 15-minute slot.
